Contest Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

Organizer and Contest

  1. The organizer of this Contest is JNTL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., with its business office at Lot 3 & 5, Jln Tandang, Pjs 51, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. (the “Organizer”).
  2. Kempen Merdeka Kenvue Contest (the “Contest”) shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions and participants agree that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. Participation is voluntary.
  3. This Contest is valid in any major grocer or hypermarkets in Malaysia and online.
  4. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of Malaysia.

Contest Period

West Malaysia: The Contest will run from 00:00 23rd July 2026 to 26th August 2026 (Malaysian Time Zone).

East Malaysia: The Contest will run from 00:00 30th July 2026 to 2nd September 2026 (Malaysian Time Zone).

(Collectively, the “Contest Period”)

Eligibility

  1. This Contest is open to all individual legal residents of Malaysia with a valid MyKad, aged 18 years and above as at the start of the Contest Period (“Participant”), save and except for the employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members, their affiliated companies, business partners, suppliers/distributors, promotion/advertising/ public relation agencies and other parties involved in this Contest.

Submission of Entries & Qualifying Criteria

  1. Entry submission is via WhatsApp only.
  2. To participate in this Contest, an eligible Participant shall during the Contest Period, do the following:
    1. Purchase any participating Kenvue brands worth RM38 and above in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) within the Contest Period from any major grocer or hypermarkets in Malaysia and online. Participating brands are: LISTERINE®, JOHNSON’S® baby, NEUTROGENA®, JOHNSON’S®, AVEENO®, AVEENO® Baby, CAREFREE® and CLEAN & CLEAR®.
    2. Submit your <Full Name as per MyKad> & clear photo of Proof of Purchase via WhatsApp to +6010 933 6560.
    3. Scan the QR code and complete the required details to stand a chance to win the Daily Prize(s), subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
  3. Each eligible entry (“Entry”), once verified by the Organizer, will be assigned a running serial number. The Organizer will not send an acknowledgement report for each Entry received.
  4. All Entries must be received by the Organizer on or before 23:59:59 on 26th August 2026 for West Malaysia or 2nd September 2026 for East Malaysia. Any Entry received before or after the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
  5. Contest Entry/submission via WhatsApp shall be deemed as invalid if the Participant submits a ‘Disappearing Message’ via WhatsApp application whereby the chat and the image of the receipt disappears within a stipulated time.
  6. Participants can send in multiple Entries, but each Entry must be accompanied with one unique Proof of Purchase. The Proof of Purchase with matching single tax Invoice receipt number as per winning WhatsApp submission will need to be shown upon request from the Organizer prior to the prize giving.
  7. All personal details submitted must be accurate and complete. Any inaccurate or incomplete information found in the Entry will result in disqualification from this Contest and/or forfeiture of any prizes.
  8. The Organizer is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
  9. Verification on the Entry:
    1. Winners will be selected from eligible Entries that comply with these Terms and Conditions, including submission of the required Contest entry information and valid Proof of Purchase. Grand Prize winners will be selected via random draw, subject to the achievement tier unlocked based on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. Daily Prize winners will be selected from eligible Entries in the manner determined by the Organizer.
    2. Clear snapshot of the Proof of Purchase indicating the products, purchase value, receipt or tax invoice number, date, and outlet name. Only original receipt will be accepted.
    3. Participant’s full name as per MyKad.
    4. Validity of the purchase date.
    5. Minimum purchase amount will be the final amount after any discounts/promotion.
  10. Notwithstanding any of the above, upon receipt of the Entry and/or upon selection of the Winners (as defined herein), the Organizer shall reserve the right to request for further evidence in the processing of the Entry including the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) for verification prior to the delivery of the Prizes. Failure to produce any of the foregoing document(s) within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

Contest Prizes & Winners Selection

  1. The prizes of the Contest are stipulated below (“Prize”): Total Cash Prizes worth up to RM200,000 cash reward.

  1. Winner Selection
    1. Grand Prize winners will be selected by the Organizer from eligible Entries that comply with these Terms and Conditions, including submission of the required Contest entry information and valid Proof of Purchase via random draw, subject to the achievement tier unlocked based on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period (“Winner”).
    2. Each eligible Entry will be assigned a serial number for the purpose of the draw. Serial numbers will be assigned in sequence starting from serial number “1”. The total number of eligible Entries received will determine the applicable Grand Prize tier.
  2. Each Participant can only win one (1) Prize. If a Participant wins two Prizes during the selection, then the participant shall be awarded the higher valued prize.
  3. The selected Winners must not have won any Contest organized by the Organizer in the past 180 days from the start date of Contest.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the following Entries and/or Participant(s) at its reasonable discretion and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions): – Duplicate entries with the same receipt, incomplete, unclear, damaged, late entries, entries with no receipt, entries suspected of a syndication, illegal acquisition of receipts and/or any other disputable entries which appears questionable to the Organizer.
  5. The Organizer retains sole discretion to withhold Prizes without liability if in its view a Winner is ineligible, disqualified, the entry is invalid, or a Winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Organizer and/or appointed agent shall contact the Winners based on the contact number of WhatsApp submission to enter this Contest. In the event that the Winner could not be contacted within a reasonable timeframe at least three (3) attempts (phone call/WhatsApp message) via phone number +6016 363 0118, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the Prize against such Winner and/or select another Winner.
  7. All Prizes will be processed for delivery or collection within 120 days from the end of the Contest Period. The Organizer reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
  8. Winners must abide by the Terms and Conditions of the party[ies] arranging and/or providing for all the Prizes and the Terms and Conditions attached to all the Prizes, if any.
  9. The Organizer, its agent, sponsor and representatives shall have no liability to any Participant who defaults in collecting the Prizes in accordance with the Prize redemption in any respect whatsoever. The Organizer reserves the right to determine how uncollected Prizes will be dealt with.
  10. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organizer.
  11. The Organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the Winners’ selection process contained herein at any time without prior notice. The Organizer’s decision is final. The Organizer reserves the right to make the final selection of Winners and no correspondences will be entertained on the selection of this Contest Winner(s).
  12. Prizes are given out on an “as it is” basis. The Prize shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants and the Organizer excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law. If any matters arise from the usage of the Contest Prizes, the Organizer and/or its agency will not be responsible. Therefore, Winners are required to liaise directly with the providers.
  13. All expenses exceeding the Prize value, including but not limited to transportation, personal expenses, taxes, fees, or any other incidental costs, shall be solely borne by the Winner. The Organizer will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred beyond the Prize Value.
  14. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entry that is subsequently found to be associated with a cancelled, refunded, or returned purchase at any time after submission, without prior notice. Any Prizes awarded in connection with such Entry shall be deemed forfeited.

Liabilities and Responsibilities

  1. All ancillary costs associated with the receipt or use of the Prizes, whether direct or indirect, including without-limitation charges, expenses, taxes, costs, transportation, meals, insurance, visa, etc., are the sole responsibility of the Participants.
  2. The Organizer, its agent and its entities assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any accident, harm, damage, losses (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or charges, injuries, unforeseen circumstance, and any inconvenience or any other liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising through participation of this Contest or in connection with the fulfillment of any Prize, nor for any charges in dates or in times or cancellations which may prevent the selected Winners from taking the original prize offered or any part of the Prize, or for lost or stolen Prizes.
  3. Participants shall release the Organizer and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, branches, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from and against any and all liabilities except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prizes, including liability for any personal injury or death except where prohibited or limited by law.

Privacy Notice

  1. We collect your personal information, such as your name, address, and contact particulars, to enable you to enter this Contest and for Contest related administration purposes. If you do not give us these details, you will not be able to enter this Contest. By entering this Contest, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia and the Organizer’s privacy policy. Rights of the Organizer

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Contest in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prizes or any component of the Prizes with any other item of similar value at any time.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Prizes should the selected Winners fail to comply with any terms or conditions of the Contest and/or applicable law for any reason whatsoever.
  4. Acceptance of Prizes constitutes permission to the Organizer and its agencies to use the Winners’ names for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or marketing without further compensation or notice. All entries become property of the Organizer, who may use Winners’ names for future promotional and marketing activities purposes in connection with the Contest.
  5. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions and decisions of the Organizer.
  6. The Organizer and its agent will accept no responsibility for Entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, annul or rescind the terms and conditions of the Contest without further notice.
  8. The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest is final, including the determination of the winner(s). Any further correspondence will not be entertained.
